Solvent based epoxy resin floor paints can still be used in some industrial applications, despite the greatly increased Health & Safety legislation governing the use of any such materials with high voc contents (volatile organic compounds), i.e. for some floor painting applications on factory floors etc., such as before the site is fully occupied - or at the end of its new construction period, when the main contractor still has possession, but other trades are no longer working in the same area.

However at NCC Buy Floor Paint's, we do not now recommend any solvent based epoxy resin floor paints to our customers for general floor painting purposes due to the adverse health and safety implications.

Therefore we have also now decided not to include them for general sale on this website - However if you do still think that a solvent based epoxy resin floor paint may be the best for your project, i.e. for technical reasons such as low temperatures, or damp surfaces for example, then please call any of our offices and our floor paint specialists will be pleased to assist you in identifying a suitable product, or wherever possible, a safer modern solvent-free alternative.
